Terms of Use and Purchase Rules

These terms regulate the use of the eSEEK Baltic website (hereinafter – the Website), the procedure for placing orders and purchasing products, as well as the rights and obligations of both the Buyer and the Seller.
By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Seller is SIA “LOANA”, Reg. No: 41503080456, Legal address: Kolesniki, Kalkūnes pag., Augšdaugavas nov.
1.2. The Website is intended for the sale of GPS devices and accessories for dogs.
1.3. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR), including VAT (if applicable).
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to change the assortment, prices, and information on the Website without prior notice.
2. Ordering
2.1. Orders may be placed by both individuals and legal entities.
2.2. The Buyer must provide accurate data (name, address, phone, e-mail).
2.3. If false data is provided, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.
2.4. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation by e-mail.
3. Payment
3.1. Available payment methods:
- bank transfer;
- other methods specified on the Website.
3.2. The Seller has the right to change prices, but the price valid at the time of order placement shall apply.
4. Delivery
4.1. Up-to-date information is available on the Delivery page.
5. Warranty and Service
5.1. All devices come with a 2-year warranty.
5.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply in cases of:
- mechanical damage caused by improper use;
- damage due to moisture if the device was used against the instructions;
- natural wear and tear.
5.3. After the warranty period, the Seller offers paid service and repairs.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. In accordance with EU law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
6.2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and complete.
6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer (except in cases of defective goods).
6.4. A refund is issued within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned product.
7. Use of the Device
7.1. The device is intended for hunting and dog training.
7.2. Electrical stimulation must only be used for training purposes and must not cause harm to the animal.
7.3. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the device or failure to follow instructions.
7.4. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining battery charge and the technical condition of the device.
7.5. Before first use, the device must be fully charged.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Up-to-date information is available on the Privacy Policy page.
9. Liability
9.1. The Seller is not liable for GPS malfunctions caused by lack of satellite or mobile network signal.
9.2. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by the carrier.
9.3. The Buyer is fully responsible for the proper use of the device.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in a Latvian court in accordance with applicable law.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms by publishing the updated version on the Website.
