General Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>1.1. The Seller is <strong>SIA \u201cLOANA\u201d, Reg. No: 41503080456, Legal address: Kolesniki, Kalk\u016bnes pag., Aug\u0161daugavas nov.<\/strong><br \/>\n1.2. The Website is intended for the sale of GPS devices and accessories for dogs.<br \/>\n1.3. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR), including VAT (if applicable).<br \/>\n1.4. The Seller reserves the right to change the assortment, prices, and information on the Website without prior notice.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Ordering<\/h2>\n<p>2.1. Orders may be placed by both individuals and legal entities.<br \/>\n2.2. The Buyer must provide accurate data (name, address, phone, e-mail).<br \/>\n2.3. If false data is provided, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.<br \/>\n2.4. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation by e-mail.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>3.1. Available payment methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bank transfer;<\/li>\n<li>other methods specified on the Website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.2. The Seller has the right to change prices, but the price valid at the time of order placement shall apply.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>4.1. Up-to-date information is available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/eseekbaltic.lv\/en\/delivery\/\"><strong>Delivery<\/strong><\/a> page.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>5. Warranty and Service<\/h2>\n<p>5.1. All devices come with a <strong>2-year<\/strong> warranty.<br \/>\n5.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply in cases of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mechanical damage caused by improper use;<\/li>\n<li>damage due to moisture if the device was used against the instructions;<\/li>\n<li>natural wear and tear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5.3. After the warranty period, the Seller offers paid service and repairs.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>6. Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>6.1. In accordance with EU law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the product.<br \/>\n6.2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and complete.<br \/>\n6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer (except in cases of defective goods).<br \/>\n6.4. A refund is issued within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned product.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7. Use of the Device<\/h2>\n<p>7.1. The device is intended for hunting and dog training.<br \/>\n7.2. Electrical stimulation must only be used for training purposes and must not cause harm to the animal.<br \/>\n7.3. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the device or failure to follow instructions.<br \/>\n7.4. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining battery charge and the technical condition of the device.<br \/>\n7.5. Before first use, the device must be fully charged.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>8. Privacy and Data Protection<\/h2>\n<p>8.1. Up-to-date information is available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/eseekbaltic.lv\/en\/privacy-policy\/\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a> page.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>9. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>9.1. The Seller is not liable for GPS malfunctions caused by lack of satellite or mobile network signal.<br \/>\n9.2. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by the carrier.<br \/>\n9.3. The Buyer is fully responsible for the proper use of the device.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>10. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in a Latvian court in accordance with applicable law.<br \/>\n10.2.
